How it works

  1. Create an account and pay by mobile money: Equating UGX 50,000, Equating + translation UGX 70,000, or Translation only UGX 50,000.
  2. Scan your certificate or result slip, passport or national ID, and the signed UNEB declaration form.
  3. Enter your email and choose where the equated results go — for example KIU Main Campus.
  4. Check the details we read, tap confirm, and we fill in the UNEB portal. Follow every step live.
  5. UNEB reviews your application and contacts you. Pay UNEB's own equating fee only when UNEB asks.
